A Message From Leadership
2025 marked a defining year of progress and purpose for AllThrive 365. With the launch of our new name and identity, we reaffirmed who we are and who we strive to be—an organization grounded in dignity, connection, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to age and thrive with support. Across Arizona, we expanded access to housing stability, health services, and reliable transportation, strengthened resident services that help people remain safely housed and independent, and deepened partnerships that allow us to meet community needs more holistically. None of this momentum happened by chance. It was made possible by the dedication of our staff, the trust of our community, and the shared commitment of partners and supporters who continue to show up with care, courage, and a belief in what’s possible when we move forward together.

We were honored to welcome Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs and members of her housing and human services team to Tucson this week for a firsthand look at the life-changing impact of home weatherization on low-income Arizonans.
Governor Hobbs visited Joya, a 97-year-old AllThrive 365 client whose AC unit failed last August during a stretch of 100-degree days and even hotter nights. With no way to cool her home, Joya and her daughter Rosita were in a dangerous situation — one that far too many Arizona families know all too well. Through AllThrive 365’s weatherization program, Joya received over $12,000 in critical home upgrades, including a new HVAC system, insulation, shade screens, new vents, and more. Today, she is safe, comfortable, and cool in the home where she raised her family.

Gabrielle and her husband dreamed of growing their family, but their Tucson apartment was already cramped with two children. And like many young couples today, home ownership
seemed out of reach. But last year, they learned about AllThrive 365’s down payment assistance program for beautiful new homes in Wickenburg, where Gabrielle’s in-laws live. Home ownership has changed their lives in ways big and small. Gabrielle’s husband now works as a trauma nurse at the local hospital, while she savors the small pleasures of having family child care, a dishwasher, and ample storage.
When his wife died, Ramon didn’t think he’d ever marry again. They weren’t able to have children, so the widower resigned himself to growing old alone. Luckily, Ramon had the security of living in
our Village on Roeser community. One day, he noticed a neighbor, Eumelia, walking her dog and chatting with her grandson. Over the next few months, his grief slowly turned to joy as he encountered this lively woman volunteering at the property’s food pantry and community events. Today, the couple is engaged and plan to be married by their property manager, who is also an ordained minister.
