Providers play an important role in helping individuals build stability, independence, and daily living skills while receiving ongoing support from our experienced behavioral health team.

What is a licensed Behavioral Health Home?
Behavioral health providers license their homes to support adults who need a stable living environment while working toward greater independence.
As a provider, you help create a welcoming home setting, provide daily support, encourage personal growth, and assist individuals as they develop independent living skills and achieve their goals. You are never expected to do this alone—AllThrive 365 provides guidance, training, and ongoing support throughout your journey.

- You or an approved designated backup must be present whenever the resident is home.

What You'll Do
As a behavioral health provider, you may:
- Provide a safe, stable, and welcoming home environment
- Support daily routines and life-skills development
- Encourage healthy habits and personal growth
- Assist with transportation to appointments and activities
- Support therapeutic activities that promote stability and independence
- Assist with the self-administration of medications
- Work collaboratively with care teams and community resources

About the Program
The Behavioral Health Caregiving Program is part of AllThrive 365’s Adult Behavioral Health Therapeutic Home (ABHTH) services. Through licensed home settings, providers provide supportive environments that help adults build skills, increase independence, and thrive in their communities.
Individuals served through this program:
- Are adults age 18 or older
- Qualify for AHCCCS/Medicaid services
- Are living with mental health conditions and working toward greater independence and stability

Not necessarily. Program eligibility is determined based on licensing requirements and the suitability of the living environment rather than homeownership status.
Do I receive support from AllThrive 365?
Yes. AllThrive 365 is your collaborating healthcare institution. Our team provides licensing assistance, clinical guidance, care coordination support, and ongoing partnership throughout the program.
Do I need behavioral health experience?
Prior experience as a Behavioral Health Technician is required and our team can help determine whether this opportunity may be a good fit for your background and skills.
Who can I care for?
This program serves adults with mental health conditions who qualify for AHCCCS.
