One Year of AllThrive 365: Redefining Aging in Arizona
In April of 2025, a bold decision was made—one rooted in clarity, courage, and a deep commitment to community.
Foundation for Senior Living revealed its new name —AllThrive 365— and our organization stepped forward with an evolved identity that more fully reflected who we have always been and who we were becoming: a trusted partner walking alongside Arizonans at every age, in every season of life.
Just one year later, the impact of that decision is clear. Not only in numbers, but in lives changed across the state.
A Legacy Grounded in Dignity and Care
For more than 50 years, AllThrive 365’s mission has remained steadfast: helping Arizonans age independently, safely, and with peace of mind.
Founded in 1974 by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, our organization has always understood that aging is about more than solely medical care or meeting basic needs. It is about holistic support—addressing health, housing, and connection so individuals can live with confidence throughout their lives.
As we grew into a leading social benefit organization serving under-resourced older adults and adults living with disabilities, a powerful truth became impossible to ignore:
Aging doesn’t begin at 65.
It begins the moment we are born.
The resources available to people, the preparation they’re able to make, and the support systems that surround them throughout life all shape how well they age. That understanding sparked the evolution into AllThrive 365—an identity that reflects a lifespan approach to healthy aging while honoring the organization’s deep and trusted roots.
AllThrive 365’s First Year of Impact
Our first year as AllThrive 365 demonstrated what happens when an organization shows up boldly, stays grounded in its mission, and remains resilient in the face of challenge.
In just one year, 32,213 Arizonans were served through programs designed to support stability, connection, and well-being.
Among that impact:
- More than 1,300 individuals gained access to safe, secure, and affordable housing
- Over 430 homes were modified to improve energy efficiency—helping older adults stay cool in Arizona’s extreme heat and remain in their homes longer
- More than 230,000 miles of free transportation ensured access to critical health appointments and community engagement
- 190,000 meals were provided through congregate dining sites and home-delivered meal programs
These outcomes reflect more than services delivered—they represent people supported, independence preserved, and communities strengthened.
And this is only part of what the AllThrive 365 community achieved together.
